Snippets of.. Dublin

// S N I P P E T S  O F..  D U B L I N \\

Now that I'm back into routine, caught up on my sleep and finally had a few days to relax after a crazy two weeks, I thought I'd share some snippets from my trip to visit my uni friend in Dublin... a couple of days before jumping on the ferry over to Ireland I has just come back from a week away in Magaluf but of course it's not quite as picturesque over there, with the only photos I have on my phone being drunk selfies and videos.. so I've skipped over the whole making a blog post about that and rather keeping those photos for me to laugh at! Instead, I have some snippets of Dublin, specially the Temple Bar area, with it's quirky vintage shops and colourful buildings, I thought these photos would make more of a nice post to look at HA..

With me having the weekend in Ireland, the Saturday (16/06) was spent in Malahide, just outside  Dublin at a Chic & Nile Rodgers concert, were Craig David was performing. It was honestly such a a laugh, with me finally hearing 7 Days live - literally made my year, bloody love Craig David haha! On the Sunday (17/06) were we trekked into Dublin. I'd been a couple of times years and years ago, but honestly couldn't really remember the place much. We had a wonder round Temple Bar which was so so pretty (as you can see in the photos!) as well as down Grafton Street, were I couldn't stop thinking of the Ed Sheehan song where he mentions the place.

It was the loveliest long weekend away, with it being quite sad saying bye to my friend, Sarah. This is the only down side to being home for summer, all my uni friends are dotted around the country (well, countries) and all really far away. Oh well, in the blink of an eye (hopefully) it'll be September and I'll be back on my way to Epsom.. I cannot WAIT!
